Exploring Faith and spiritual growth in the bible:
Question 1: How Would I Know For A Certainty I'm Going To Heaven When I Die?
Answer: The Bible said, "For all have sinned , and come short the glory of God: "
( Rom. 3:23)
The Bible Said, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal
life through Jesus Christ Our Lord." (Rom.6:23)
We are all born in sin separated from God forever BUT God made a way through Jesus
The Bible Said, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever BELIEVE in him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16) "
“Verily, Verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and BELIEVETH on Him that sent me, hath (right now) Everlasting life, shall not come into condemnation; but is
Past from death unto life.” (John. 5:24)
Question 2: So I've trusted Jesus Christ as my personal savior, when would I get the Holy Spirit?
A:The Holy Spirit is given to the believer at the moment of belief and is sealed within them forever
“In whom also after that ye BELIEVED, Ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promised.” (Ephesians. 1:13)
"And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption." (Ephesians.4:30)
Question 3:What does being a Child of God mean in regards to where one spends eternity?
When you become a child of God by believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you and He has paid for all your sins you will NEVER go to hell ever because your salvation depends on what Jesus did for you on the Cross.
" For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works,(Not because of your good deeds) lest any man should boast.
(Ephesians. 2:8-9)
"These things have l written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the son God; that ye
may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God." 1st John. 5:13
Question 4:As a child of God, Why is best for me to choose to study God’s word?
A: Communication in any relationship is KEY. Prayer is how we talk to God and God's Word the Bible is how he answers back.
As children of God, knowing God's word is very important for our spiritual growth and spiritual transformation for God's glory.
"I beseech you therefore , brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice , holy , acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service .
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable , and perfect, will of God."
(Rom.12:1-2)
Start in book John for understanding of salvation and the book of Book Proverbs for wisdom.
Question 5. What does the free gift of salvation mean in accordance to sin in my life
A: Since becoming a child of God by Faith in Jesus Christ you have entered into a fellowship with God as your Father. A good father wants what is best for their child and sometimes that means discipline.
"For whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth, and scourges every son whom He receiveth.
(Heb.12:6)
Question 6:Since I'm Saved and Already Have Eternal Life...Can't I Just Live Any Way That I Want To
A: Since becoming a child of God by Faith in Jesus Christ you have entered into a fellowship with God as your Father. A good father wants what is best for their child and sometimes that means discipline. Discipline may result from habitual or unrepented sin in your life
We at Believe First Ministries believe that Jesus can offer a new life away from sin and into a newness of life through a daily fellowship with Jesus Christ and daily dependence on Him
Although you may stumble do your best to admit to God your sin and get back in fellowship with Him.

2.NOT because l keep the 10 commandments - (James.2:10)
3.NOT because l confess my sins to the priest- (Heb.10:11-12)
4.NOT because l am a pastor or a Bishop
5.NOT because l am a deacon
6.NOT because I am a deaconess
7.NOT because I am an elder of any religious group
8.NOT because l sing in the choir or teach Sunday school
9.NOT because l was water baptized(Believe first for salvation)
10.NOT because my grandmother took me to church as a kid
11.NOT because l do good things for other people (Titus. 3:5-6)
12.NOT because l am a preacher’s kid (God has no grandchildren)
13.NOT because my grandfather is a minister
14.NOT because l walk the aisle at church
15.NOT because l raised my hand at Church
16.NOT because l go to mass every day
17.NOT because l pray all the time to any saint
18.NOT because l have any kind of Bible college degree
19.NOT because l am a missionary(Salvation first then service)
20.NOT because l am doing the best l can every day (Believe in Christ 1st)
21.NOT because l am a good and honest person(Rom.3:23)
22.NOT because l am on the board of directors at my church
23.NOT because l donate money to the church
24.NOT because l had a dream of heaven and saw angels
25.NOT because l had a near-death experience
26.NOT because l call myself an Apostle or a Prophet
27.NOT because l call myself an evangelist(Eph.2:8-9)
28.NOT because l teach the bible to other people
30.NOT because l went to any crusade or seminary
31.NOT because l was born and raised in a Christian home
32.NOT because l was confirmed or took a communion
33.NOT because l do not eat certain foods or a vegan(Col.2:16-17)
34.NOT because l fast and pray on a certain day
35.NOT because l belong to any religious organization
36.NOT because l say l can speak in tongues
37.NOT because l am an American citizen and fought for my country
38.NOT because l am poor or rich (..whosoever believeth..Jn.3:16)
39.NOT because l am Jewish or am an Israeli citizen(Rom.10:11-13)
40.NOT because l think everyone will go to heaven in the end (Jn.3:14)
41.NOT because l do not believe in heaven or hell(Rom.3:3-4)
42.NOT because l follow Jesus or ask Jesus into my heart
43.NOT because l give my heart to Jesus (Believe first for Salvation)
44.NOT because l surrender my life to Jesus(Believe first for Salvation)
Do you want to BELIEVE in Jesus Christ today for the salvation of your soul? (VERY IMPORTANT)
Wherever you are right now, Genuinely tell God in your own words that you have decided to BELIEVE in Christ Jesus as your sin-bearer and that He died On the cross to pay for ALL your sins. And thank Jesus Christ in advance for His forgiveness of your sins.
NOW that you are saved from the separation from God you have peace with God. God is on your side. You can now have intimate fellowship and intimate relationship with Christ daily for your spiritual growth.
